| 1.Visual inspection for the part`s sharp edges ,cracks and burrs. |
| 2.Ensure the fixture is clean.Open all clamps. |
| 3.Put the part into the fixure and pat the part slightly, keep it well contacting with the datums. |
| 4.Close all clamps. |
| 5.Put the dial indicator into the master to set zero. |
| 6.Use the indicator to check the points"MP1/MP2/MP3". |
| 7.Record the results onto the inspection sheet. |
| 8.Open all clamps,take the part out of the fixture. |
