Description

This is an Fr Underbody Assembly CMM Holding Fixture which will be used to hold 2 Variants of complete Assembly.

In the initial design, we offer our customer a complete base plate with supporting for part. But customer hope to see more simple structure. To make the holding fixture simple enough, but have good rigidity, we changed the structure to Steel-Frame. This will add the weight of the whole CMM holding fixture, but the overall fixture design reflects good structural support for producing accuracy. To minimize cost and simplify construction of CMM Holding Fixture, standard supports and clamps are widely used in this holding fixture.

We strictly followed the consistent and accurate locating points required by our customer to achieve maximum repeatability. Meanwhile, our fixture design give full consideration to operator safety, ease of operation and accessibility to all check details (ergonomic).
